The Holistic Hens vision is to provide a wellness activity offering, curated with love and bespoke to each Bridal party. We have wellness at the core of what we do and always strive to send our hens away, nourished from the soul outwards.

INTRODUCING

SANDY

FOUNDER

Sandy has championed Holistics for 15 years, starting her journey with training in Holistic Massage Therapy. After this ignited a passion, she went on to qualify in subsequent disciplines including Indian Head Massage, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Kids Yoga. Sandy has been offering her Holistic Tool Kit to various Highland venues. Having relocated to Inverness and having been a guest on many a hen party, she spotted a gap in this market for a more wholesome activity offering...and so Holistic Hens was concieved.
